IT-Soft is built on the expertise of the Managing Director. IT-Soft has nineteen years experience of developing software solutions for a diverse range of businesses and industries.
Starting in the mid 1980’s with the development of a stock location systems for Coloroll Home Furnishings, using 4GL technology. IT-Soft also developed its customer relationship management (CRM) expertise for Supply Chain Solutions. This included a successful CRM implementation for the automotive industry.
With the release of Nelson Mandela in 1990, time was spent in Cape Town in the Petroleum industry to help streamline the change of policy on competition within the industry. This included supply and implementation of I.T. applications for the redefined pricing policy and payment systems.
With the advent of the World Wide Web, IT-Soft has worked with companies Walt Disney and British Steel to develop their in house infrastructure with the Lotus Corporation.
Moving into telecommunications industry, in particular Cabletron Systems, the team were the first to develop Cabletron’s E-Commerce programme, including development of a joint European / Pacific rim CRM system.
Alcatel Telecom then approached the team to work on their implementation of Siebel (a world leader in CRM) and lead their Internet and intranet strategy and implementation in the UK.
This portfolio of experience too date makes IT-Soft one of the most imaginative & dynamic SME software solutions provider for the UK and Europe.
